Our Three Step Process

Velora Skincare

Company: Velora Skincare is a D2C beauty brand specializing in clean, organic skincare products. Their mission is to bring nature’s purity and modern science together to create radiant, healthy skin solutions.

The Problems They Faced:

Despite receiving a healthy amount of monthly traffic (mostly from Instagram and paid promotions), Velora was struggling to convert visitors into paying customers. Their conversion rate stood at a worrying 0.8%, way below the beauty industry benchmark of 2-3%.

Upon audit, deeper issues emerged:

Mobile UX was broken: 85% of traffic was mobile, yet page load times crossed 5 seconds and CTAs were hard to tap.

Product discovery was poor: Shoppers couldn’t easily find products suited to their skin types.

No intelligent upselling or cross-selling: Once a shopper picked a product, there was no strategic offer to increase AOV.

As a result, visitors were browsing and leaving without making purchases, leading to wasted ad spend and stagnant revenue.

The Solution We Gave:

Our approach focused on reducing friction and increasing persuasion at every step of the user journey.

Mobile-First Redesign: We restructured the entire website using mobile UX principles — sticky CTAs, faster image loads, smart categorization, and simpler navigation.

AI-Powered Product Recommender: Integrated a lightweight AI module that suggested personalized products based on browsing patterns and skin concerns.

CRO Optimization: Rebuilt product pages to focus on emotional triggers — authentic testimonials, results-driven visuals, urgency nudges, and simplified checkout.

Within 60 days, Velora’s performance completely flipped.
