Here’s what the diagnostic audit uncovered:

Cart Abandonment Chaos:

Even though product pages were attractive, nearly 70% of users were abandoning their carts at checkout. A clunky, multi-step checkout process with unexpected shipping costs led to severe drop-offs.

• Rebuilt the entire checkout flow to a frictionless 2-step process.

• Integrated dynamic shipping estimates upfront on product pages to eliminate surprises during checkout.

• Added Guest Checkout options and Apple Pay/Google Pay for instant transactions.


Smart Retargeting Systems

• Launched dynamic retargeting ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google showing users exactly the products they abandoned.

• Set up email and SMS abandoned cart sequences triggered within 30 minutes of cart abandonment.

• Built segmentation logic: Users who abandoned after viewing vs users who abandoned after adding to cart vs high cart value abandoners.


SEO Expansion & Content Strategy

• Expanded the blog into a Tech Advice Hub: buying guides, comparisons (e.g., “Best Gaming Laptop under ₹80,000”), setup tutorials, troubleshooting FAQs.

• Built new category pages for emerging product niches like “Smart Home Starter Kits” and “Work-from-Home Essentials”.

• Technical SEO cleanup: URL restructuring, internal linking boost, image optimization, schema markup for products.
