Nimbus CRM , privately held company specializing in Salesforce consulting and implementation services. Founded in 2024, Nimbus is a registered Salesforce Partner dedicated to helping businesses enhance productivity and scalability through customized Salesforce solutions.
The Problems They Faced:
Nimbus had begun scaling their marketing through paid ads (Google and LinkedIn mostly), but the results were painful:
• High CAC: They were paying ₹4,500 per customer, eating into profits immediately.
• Landing Pages Were Generic: Messaging didn’t hit pain points like “deal tracking”, “proposal management”, or “task automation” clearly.
• Poor Email Follow-Up: 70% of free trial signups never returned after the first login, and there was no strong onboarding sequence to guide them back.
They were bleeding ad dollars without building any loyalty or LTV.
The Solution We Gave:
Instead of chasing colder and colder leads, we helped Nimbus nurture and convert more efficiently.
• Landing Page Overhaul: Rewrote copy to directly attack user pain points. Designed trust-boosters like case studies, testimonials, and certification badges.
• Lead Scoring System: Implemented simple logic to prioritize “hot” leads vs. “cold” based on signup behavior.
• Email Nurturing Sequences: Built a 7-day onboarding journey triggered right after signup — mixing helpful tutorials, feature highlights, and social proof.
